We're here to help practices, law firms and their teams get the most out of AttorneyChiro. Find the right place to get help below.
Contents
1.Patients: contact your practice first
Your chiropractic practice provides your care and manages your records, appointments and bills. AttorneyChiro is the software the practice uses. We can't see or change your medical information, and we can't answer questions about your care or account.
- For appointments, medical questions, bills, payments, records or portal access, contact your practice directly. You'll find its phone number in your appointment messages or in the patient portal.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- In a medical emergency, call 911.
2.In-app help center
Signed-in practice staff can open Help in the app for step-by-step articles and videos on scheduling, patients and cases, clinical documentation, billing, time clock and settings. Providers also have a dedicated provider help area. To report a problem or suggest an improvement from inside the app, use Send Feedback.
3.Contact support
Email [email protected]. Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We aim to reply within one business day, and sooner for issues that stop your practice from working.
To help us resolve your request quickly, include:
- Your name, practice or firm name, and the email address you sign in with.
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and when.
- The page address and a screenshot, if you can.
Do not email patient health information unless we ask for it. Describe the record instead, for example by the date and the first letter of the patient's last name. If our support team needs to look at your workspace, the app will ask a practice administrator to approve a time-limited, read-only support session.
4.Account, billing and access
- Practice administrators can manage users, roles, locations and subscription add-ons in Settings.
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.
- Locked out, or lost your multi-factor authentication device? Ask your practice administrator, or email support from the address on your account.
- For subscription, invoice or payment questions, email [email protected].
- New practice or firm? Request access from the sign-in page.
5.Reporting security issues
If you think you've found a security vulnerability, or you suspect unauthorized access to an account or to patient information, email [email protected] right away. Include enough detail for us to reproduce or investigate the issue.
- Please give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
- Do not access, change or delete data that isn't yours, and do not run tests that could disrupt the service for others.
- We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.
6.Privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, email [email protected]. Patients should send requests about their health records to their practice. See our Privacy Policy for details.
